We launched Zoho Invoice earlier last year, as sophisticated invoicing software and one of our first products that is completely free for all SMEs. It was our small act of kindness to the SME community that aided our growth. However, the fact that our program will be completely free does not change our view; Zoho Invoice offers no hidden fees, advertisements, or commitments.

We've increased our pledge to make your life simpler by adding 12 additional, fully free add-ons that you can connect to Zoho Invoice without writing a single line of code. Set up triggers and processes, automatically synchronize data between platforms, and more with Zoho Invoice.

1. Slack

Notifications regarding events affecting your estimates, invoices, payments, and customer activity should be posted to your designated Slack channel on the customer site. This saves time for your whole team because all of this information is in one location.

2. Office 365

Import Office 365 contacts and employees into Zoho Invoice quickly and easily. Invite people from your Office 365 account, monitor email discussions from Outlook to Zoho Invoice, and more.

3. Google Workspace

Connect e-mail discussions to transactions like estimates and invoices so you may simply refer to them at any time. Import users and contacts from Google Workspace into Zoho Invoice, upload transaction files directly from Google Drive, and more.

4. Zoho Expense

For invoicing and cost management, connect Zoho Invoice and Zoho Expense. By classifying costs by kind of cost, client, or project, you may avoid repetition when entering costs and payments and gain a better understanding of your organization's spending.

5. Zoho Analytics

To see and track critical KPIs from your Zoho Invoice data, create several custom reports and dashboards. Use the full-featured Business Intelligence (BI) tool and Zoho reporting tool to translate and extract your Zoho invoice data to generate any report or dashboard you want.

6. Zoho Cliq

Notify your selected Cliq channel about critical occurrences involving your estimates, invoices, and payments. This way, your entire team can keep up without having to log in to Zoho Invoice each time.

7. Zoho Desk

Invoices and estimates may be created, viewed, and managed from Zoho Desk cards, contacts, and accounts. Get contextual billing information for Zoho Desk contacts and accounts, such as unused credits, outstanding receivables, and billing addresses.

8. Zoho CRM

Synchronize Zoho Invoice client information and deliver all relevant information to the sales team in one location, including customer contact information and transaction history. You can generate estimates and invoices for your customers straight from Zoho CRM, eliminating the need to transfer between applications.

9. Zoho projects

Make it easy for your project managers and financial assistants to estimate and invoice their clients' costs at the start of the project. Use Zoho Projects to sync project details and schedules, and then use Zoho Invoice to deliver professional bills.

10. Zoho people

Transfer employee and contact information from Zoho People to Zoho Invoice. Directly from Zoho Invoice, view the projects and activities specified by Zoho People. Track your staff' precise working hours and pay your clients depending on the amount of hours done.

11. Zoho SalesIQ

Connect Zoho Invoice and Zoho SalesIQ to strengthen your customer connections by offering complete help to your customers via live chat on your client site. Create message templates or use a robot to address commonly requested inquiries and cut down on support time.

12. Zoho Mail

From Zoho Mail to Zoho Invoice, you can see all of your email discussions. Attach email attachments to Zoho Invoice estimates as invoices instead of downloading, uploading, and reattaching them.
